Allana was a player for Australia in Rugby Sevens in 2013, then consecutive knee injuries forced Allana on the sidelines for several years before making the transition back to league. Allana played her first women's match in the 2015 season of rugby league and starred in the game for New South Wales against Queensland. Allana is also a frequent radio presenter, appearing frequently on 2GB's Continuous Call Team.
